1. Services

Awesome Property Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including house cleaning, maid services, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, apartment cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnover cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial services, retail cleaning, commercial building cleaning, commercial deep cleaning, and recurring commercial cleaning for homes and businesses across the United States.

Specific services may be requested individually or as part of a recurring schedule. Available services and scope may vary based on property type, size, condition, location, and team availability. Awesome Property Cleaning works to fulfill services using appropriately qualified, vetted, and insured providers.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on factors including property size and condition, scope of work, frequency, and location. Any quoted price is confirmed before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms, accepted payment methods, and scheduling will be outlined in your approved quote or proposal. Any additional work or charges identified during a cleaning will be communicated before that additional work is performed.

For recurring services, payment for each scheduled visit is due according to the terms agreed in your quote or proposal.

3. Quotes & Estimates

You may request a quote by text, phone, or through other communication methods we provide. Quotes and estimates are based on the property details and cleaning needs you provide. A quote may be adjusted if the actual property scope differs materially from the information provided. Where practical, any material pricing change will be communicated before work proceeds.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including address, property type, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, and any known issues that may affect the cleaning. You should disclose access details, pets, alarms, or other considerations needed to perform the service safely and effectively, and provide reasonable access at the scheduled time.

5. Scope & Approvals

You are responsible for confirming the desired cleaning scope and any priorities before a cleaning begins. Awesome Property Cleaning may provide practical recommendations, but final decisions remain subject to your approval. Once work has begun based on an approved scope, significant changes may require additional labor and charges.

6. Access & Property Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property for scheduled cleaning visits. Please disclose any conditions that may affect the cleaning team’s ability to work safely, including pets, alarms, hazards, or restricted areas. Property conditions that exist prior to a cleaning are not the responsibility of Awesome Property Cleaning.

7. Recurring Services

Recurring cleaning services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) continue on the schedule you select until you cancel or modify them according to the terms of your agreement. Recurring services may be paused, rescheduled, or canceled with reasonable notice.

8. Scheduling & Availability

Cleaning appointments are scheduled based on team availability in your area. While Awesome Property Cleaning strives to accommodate your preferred dates and times, scheduling is not guaranteed and may depend on provider availability, demand, and location.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we will work to address the issue. This does not cover conditions unrelated to the cleaning performed or pre-existing issues disclosed or apparent before the service.

10. Limitation of Scope

Awesome Property Cleaning’s services do not include repairs, pest control, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or work outside the ordinary scope of professional residential and commercial cleaning. We do not guarantee the removal of stains, damage, or conditions that cannot be remedied through standard cleaning methods.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning by providing reasonable notice. Deposits, where required, may be non-refundable if canceled within the notice period stated in your quote. Payments for completed work are generally non-refundable. If Awesome Property Cleaning cancels a scheduled cleaning before performing the agreed work, any unearned payment will be refunded.

12. Service Availability

Awesome Property Cleaning operates a nationwide network of qualified, local cleaning providers. Cleaning availability may vary by location, and not all services may be available in every area. We do not guarantee active service availability in any particular ZIP code, city, or market until confirmed at the time of booking. Quotes and scheduling confirm availability in your area.

13. Third-Party Products

Cleaning supplies, equipment, and products used during a service are subject to their manufacturers’ specifications and warranties. Awesome Property Cleaning does not warrant these products beyond the manufacturer’s applicable warranty.

14. Portfolio & Marketing

Awesome Property Cleaning may request permission to showcase photos of completed cleaning work for portfolio, website, social-media, or marketing purposes. Identifiable customer or private information will not be intentionally published without appropriate permission.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, service areas, availability, promotions, and other information may change, and website content does not guarantee that a particular service is available at a particular time or in a particular market.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awesome Property Cleaning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Awesome Property Cleaning may update these Terms periodically. The current version and its updated date are displayed on this page. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
